Ankleshwar Industries Association (AIA)
Ankleshwar Industrial Estate was established by Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation in early 70s. This industrial estate is spread over an area of 1600 hectares in close proximity to National Highway No.8 and Delhi-Mumbai Railway Line. Being an ideal location for industrialization, as on date, more than 1800 industries, consisting of chemicals, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, bulk drugs, petroleum products, engineering, textiles, plastics, rubber and packaging etc. are located in this industrial estate. Since last 38 years .
AIA worked as an important link between the industries members and various central and state government authorities in resolving their issues amicably which resulted into uninterrupted growth in the AIA Industrial Estate and surrounding areas. AIA has taken the most proactive role in the development and upgradation of the necessary insfrastructure of the estate and helped the industries to mitigate environmental norms by spreading awareness, training people and helping in adopting environment friendly techniques. It has also contributed in skill development of the industries personnel. AIA has taken up various CSR activities to help the underprivileged people of this region and people affected by natural calamities.
AIA is organizing Industrial Exhibition at Ankleshwar GIDC Estate to create a brand image for the products and technologies offered by the industries and also to provide a scope to showcase their products to the business visitors coming from all across the country. The 6th consecutive exposition of AIA is aimed towards providing a platform for Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Pesticides, Engineering, Plastic, Paper & Packaging and other industries to display the latest products and technologies.
